67 Series Fireproof Wheels
67 Series fireproof wheels are used in heat-resistant areas, especially in the food-oriented oven and bakery sector.
It can operate in a wide temperature range from -20 degrees to + 300 degrees. The special resin thermoset material that forms the wheel, with its stable and solid state, provides resistance to heavy loads at this temperature by not scorching and therefore not breaking even at high temperatures.
Italian-made Tellure Rote is made of a special thermoset product that is resistant to temperatures of up to 300 degrees and does not scorch like the Bakelite products on the market.
It is clearly distinguished from equivalent Bakelite products on the market with these features.
It gives excellent results instead of cast wheels on ceramic, epoxy and cement based surfaces. It also gives good results on asphalt and sawdust surfaces.
All parts of this product, including the fork and wheel spindle, are stainless and even the grease inside is resistant to high temperatures.
Depending on the weight and operating time, innovative teflon coated bushes can be installed on the wheel shaft to create low friction and thus, it may not be necessary to use bearings.

Product introduction and review video
The table shows how much pushing and pulling force is needed for each load and diameter. Each wheel has a fixed speed capacity of 4 km / h. In manual use, a pushing and pulling force of a 4-wheeled vehicle requires < 5 daN. In frequent use, a force of < 3 daN is required.
