68FV GLASS FIBER WHEEL
68FV Glass fiber reinforced solid wheels have a usage range from -30 degrees to +130 degrees and are characterized by a hardness of 80 shors.
Since the bearing that forms the wheel bearing is placed at the molding stage of the wheel, it does not allow the intervention of external forces against the bearing, thanks to its stable glass fiber structure.
It has medium load-bearing capacity on flat and firm ground in many applications. Especially high humidity and heat resistance makes it successful in applications such as sterilization, pressure vessels and autoclaves.
It provides excellent rolling resistance by being able to move on flat surfaces with minimal pushing effort. When used with the right tongs, it easily exhibits this performance at high temperatures.
It has application areas for humid places in food and chemical tank production.
It is not recommended for strong organic and mineral substances. However, it creates a working environment with medium-hard chemical agents.
Although it is not suitable for uneven surfaces due to its sensitivity to brittleness, it is ideal for ceramic and cement-based floors.
Product introduction and review video
Push & Pull Forces According to Wheel Diameter and Load
The table shows how much pushing and pulling force is needed for each load and diameter. Each wheel has a fixed speed capacity of 4 km / h. In manual use, a pushing and pulling force of a 4-wheeled vehicle requires < 5 daN. In frequent use, a force of < 3 daN is required.
Elbows according to their applications
