ELECTRO WELDED SPRING INDUSTRIAL WHEEL (EES MHD WITH TOCK)
Purposes of Use:
• Reduces vibration effects on uneven surfaces
• Resistant to high mechanical stress
• Suitable for high speed operation.
Area of Use:
It is suitable for transportation on rough and irregular terrain, for indoor and outdoor use. It has a speed of 16 km/h (4.4 m/s) and is used in electric tow trucks.
The damping system (Vibration reducing suspension system) is effective for loads between 50 and 400 daN (for each wheel); in case of lower or higher loads it works without damping.
- Top plate: electrolytic galvanized forged steel for resistance to heavy duty conditions
- Fixed tongs on the outer surface: electrowelded tongs for resistance against side impacts
- Rotation System: thrust ball bearing and tapered roller bearing to ensure long-lasting resistance even in high-speed use
- Movable tongs on the inner surface: electro-welded tongs on the inner surface
- Polyurethane springs: (spring tension 25mm), keeping vibration durable for a long time
- Lubricator
- Anti-loosening fixing mechanism
Also available in version with adjustable front brakes. Directional lock for electro-welded wheels EE MHD (not suitable for models with brakes).
