Plastic Bearing Housings stand out due to their long life with not rusting, carrying 30% more load, resistance to acid and alkali, FDA food compatibility and impact resistance compared to traditional casting bearings. PPL bearing housing is used to bear drive and idler groups with a bridge (omega) shape. It represents 245 bearing and 246 bearingless plastic bearing. Bearings are also available in stainless steel. The parts of the product that touch the machine body are processed precisely on the CNC machine and there is no imbalance. In addition, it offers high mechanical toughness thanks to its solid base structure.
