Herringbone profile is an extremely useful friction profile for conveyors (bottling, filling, packaging industries), transport cars, assembly tables, routers, and stacking of sensitive products. Since the point where the profile comes into contact with the product is a superficial line, the friction area is minimal. It can be offered with stainless and galvanized steel profiles.

Alpolen uhmw 1000 profiles are products that provide correct bearing in places where friction and sliding are required. The engineering criterion to be considered here is that not every slippery product is resistant to friction. The generally accepted wrong idea is that slippery materials are resistant to friction. UHMW PE 1000 (ultra high molecular weight polyethylene) has an increased molecular weight and on the other hand, it also has important features such as resistance to friction, slipperiness, ability to work at extremely low temperatures (-40 ºC), high chemical resistance, and non-sticking.
