1420 SHAFT BODY HOLDER Ø20-Ø30 602056 (Ø20)

It is a shaft holder that allows round shafts to be connected to the body. It can be used for shafts from Ø20 to Ø60. It is used as the body flange of the machine.
Material Information: Aluminum body 1 piece UNI 5931 head bolt 1 piece DIN 985 contrast hexagon nut connection. It has a channel according to 45 mm. 1419 and 1420 body connection wedges are used to connect shafts and studs with various diameters from 18 to 60 vertically and horizontally to the main body. The material is aluminum alloy zamak and thanks to its stable structure, it is perfect for shaft and stud connections. It is a connection wedge that allows quick assembly without requiring welding in machines and components by using ready-made connections. The main difference between them is that 1419 is used for vertical and 1420 for horizontal connection. The four holes on it are sufficient for bearing towards the body. The bolt and nut that tighten the part where the shaft or pipe passes ensure that the product remains fixed and locked. The fiber nut additionally provides tightening.
